Situational Forms

Volunteers support and enable the work of The Salvation Army through various capacities. You may engage a volunteer who performs a role with a higher level of specialisation or responsibilities; or a volunteer who require special forms to ensure effective engagement.

In this collection you find the following documents:

  • Confidentiality Agreement
  • Email & Internet Use Policy
  • Media Release
  • SAMIS policy
  • Volunteering 16 hours or more waiver

Before they commence their role, it is important they have understood our policies and protocol - and complete the appropriate paperwork cofirming their understanding. To gain a better understanding of when and how to use a form, please click on the resources for more information. Some of the forms in this collection are not owned by the Volunteer Resources team and will be password protected - please contact us to receive the password.
