About mySalvos Toolkit
Our goal is to make life simpler for our officers, employees, soldiers and volunteers.
We want to help you to spend less time online and more time face-to-face changing lives, and so the mySalvos Toolkit has been created to provide easy on-demand access to Salvation Army mission & ministry resources.
By gathering all kinds of resources in one spot, we want to help you leave behind the days of searching high-and-low for that elusive document or video that you need. We hope you discover hidden gems that you hadn't heard of before as well.
How to use the mySalvos Toolkit
The best way to get started with the mySalvos Toolkit is via search.
Just type what you're looking for into the search bar and the Toolkit will show you all the resources that match. From that point on, you can also filter results according to type (Document/Video/Link/etc) as well as category (forms/policy/training/etc).
Teams and departments responsible for creating and sharing resources can become mySalvos Toolkit contributors.
Contributors have their own unique contributor page that shows all of the resources they have shared through the Toolkit. Once on their contributor page, you can choose to browse or search only within their resources.
Contributors can gather groups of resources into collections.
A collection helps users find similar resources by gathering all resources from a series or a campaign together. If a resource is part of a collection, a link to the collection will be available on the resource page.
